Bows were beautiful, shipping was not kind to them

The bows were beautiful, but they took a beating in the shipping process. They were in a smaller bag, and the mail carrier just shoves those bags in the box…so my bows have many creases where they were folded and shoved (Insert sad face) this is the post office - not your product.
